CCC certification application process

CCC certification shall be applied for by the enterprise, and the application form shall contain the relevant information of the applicant, the manufacturer, the manufacturer and the product.The same category, the circuit principle of the product can do a series of applications, different categories of goods should be applied separately.Same model, the commodity of different manufacturer also should apply separately.

To apply for acceptance

Upon receipt of the application that meets the requirements, CQC shall issue a notice of acceptance to the applicant and notify the applicant to send or forward the relevant documents and materials.The application stage is changed to 1.

At the same time, CQC will send the relevant charge and notice.

The applicant will provide the materials to CQC as required.

After payment, please fill in the payment voucher as required.

Stage 2: data review

During the data review phase, the product certification engineer is required to segment the application.

After unit division, if sample testing is required, the product certification engineer shall send the sample delivery notice and the corresponding payment notice to the applicant, at the same time, notify the applicant to send the sample test

Phase 3: sample acceptance and testing of sample submission

The testing institution shall conduct acceptance inspection on the samples received by phone, fill in the sample acceptance report, and issue a rectification notice to the unqualified samples, and fill in the sample inspection after rectification

After the sample acceptance, the testing institution shall fill in the sample testing progress report to CQC.

Upon receipt of the sample testing progress, CQC shall issue a formal acceptance notice to the applicant and a test assignment to the testing institution, and the sample testing shall officially begin.

Phase 4: sample testing

In the course of sample testing, the applicant shall rectify the nonconformities according to the sample testing rectification notice.

After the completion of the sample test, the testing institution shall fill in the notification of the sample test result.

The testing institution also transmits the test report and other data to CQC.

Stage 5: factory review

For applications requiring a factory audit, the inspectorate organizes a factory audit.

Phase 6: conformity assessment

After the product certification engineer collects the results of each stage, the preliminary evaluation is conducted.

The above results are reassessed by the conformity assessor.

Stage 7: certificate approval

The applicant prints the receipt, takes or requests to send the certificate
